Q:  I'm interested in Chartwell's Contract Compliance Review services, but I do not have the time to commit to another project. How much time investment would I and my staff have to commit to this project?  Answer

Q:  We have auditors in our office every year and they take up our time and resources. How long will you be on-site and what resources will you require from us?  Answer

Q:  What happens if my vendor refuses to cooperate with the Contract Compliance Review?  Answer

A:  Vendors that are in compliance with the terms of the agreement with their client are not opposed to being audit as they have nothing to hide. Conversely, if a vendor opposes or puts up road blocks to a review, this raises a red-flag for our client. In this situation, Chartwell does not require the client to pursue the review, but the client should be very concerned about a vendor that does not cooperate with an auditor.
